Can I mix backgrounds in my package?

Our automated system doesn't permit mixing backgrounds or poses within a package.  We suggest that you order a small package with your first background choice, and order ADD-ONS with another background and pose choice.

The Proof envelope says "Third child's package is free!"  How does that work?

If you have 3 or more children photographed on picture day at school, one of their individual portrait packages of equal or lesser value than the other purchased packages will be FREE.  This doesn't apply to sibling photos. You must have 3 children photographed.  NOT 3 Packages delivered.

Where is the Group in My Sibling Package?

Siblings (brothers & sisters) taken together at school require special handling by school staff, and our photographer.  Extra special care is taken to groom and pose two children.  The exclusion of a class group from sibling packages reflects a modest fee for this special handling.

What if I just missed the "Last Return Date"  on my PROOF?

Fold up your PROOF and mail your order in a standard envelope directly to the Studio address on the PROOF envelope.  Remember to include payment.  Your package will be mailed to the school for distribution.

30 DAYS AFTER LAST RETURN DATE:  Please add $10 to any purchase.  Your package will be mailed directly to your home.

•  Ponga su informaciòn en el espacio que està debajo

•  Examinar la prueba adjunta y consulte la hoja de producto adjunto para obtener informaciòn sobre los paquetes, antecedentes y opciones.

•  Introducir la pose elegida en el fondo de pantalla verde: paquete, cantidad y precio en las casillas debajo de la prueba.  Ver el ejemplo.

•  Calcular el precio total de su pedido (impuestos incluidos) y dinero en efectivo incluir o proporcionar informaciòn de su tarjeta de crèdito (Visa o Mastercard, solamente).  Cheques o Money Orders, tambièn son aceptadas.
